Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor from America. She is most famous for her role as Skyler White in The AMC Drama series Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. She also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. Her passion for acting in the Preparatory school, before moving to Ohio together with her family during the early 1970s. She studied theatre at Northwestern University, and spent one term at British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the Chicago theatre for several years, before taking on film and television role. Anna was selected to portray Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the 29-episode series Down the Shore. In the early 90s Anna was a frequent actor in both film and TV, such as Seinfeld or NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood in two full seasons. Skyler was on screen in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was one of her characters. Gunn also took to the stage in a David Schwimmer-directed production of Sex With Strangers. In addition, she played in the play Numbered Day. It is a podcast consisting of four audio dramas. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. Its strain and ultimate ending mirrors the last years that were the life of Walter White.
